How to track the status of my cashback?

We want to make saving as easy as possible for you! You can track your cashback status in the “transaction history” shown below, on the “cashback page” that is accessible by clicking the gold coin.

Cashback is usually pending or approved, it is only declined in the case of your shopping transaction failing or a store return.

The reason your cashback may reflect as pending is that it is pending store approval, and this sometimes takes up to 30-120 days to be approved and reflected in your account.
